What do I need to do to get my money back?
Nothing really, we transfer your money automatically back to the bank account by which the ticket has been bought.
How long does it take for the money to get back in my account?
Our expectation is that it will take 5 weeks maximum for the money to get back in your account. Hopefully, it will be sooner, but we can’t guarantee that.
Why isn't it possible to get my refund immediately?
Every event organization uses the ticket income for costs incurred during the preparations of the festival. Think about booking all the artists and their stay and the decorations of the festival terrain.
In case of cancellation on the night before the event, like Pleinvrees Festival, a part of the ticket income is already used for above costs. This makes it impossible to directly refund all of our sold tickets.
What do you do to refund our tickets as soon as possible?
Pleinvrees Festival is insured for such matters. Ever since last Friday, we’ve been talking with our insurer to see if we could get this part of the expense reimbursed sooner, so that we will be able to refund your ticket(s) as soon as possible.
Why is there a difference in maximum lead time between the various ticketshops?
Tickets bought via our partners usually get processed after the event. That means that the income of those tickets is still in possession of these partners. That’s the reason there is a big difference in the amounts to be refunded.
When will I get more information about this?
Like we said, we expect this will take about 5 weeks maximum. If the refund won’t be possible on Friday July 19, we will let you know in time.
