What do I need to do to get my money back?
Nothing really, Resident Advisor will transfer your money automatically back to the bank account by which the ticket has been bought.
How long does it take for the money to get back in my account?
The transaction has been done in the ticketshop of Resident Advisor. That’s why the procedure goes through them. We spoke to them and they told us there’s a lead time of about 10 working days.
